What we collect
Zybki collects the minimum information needed to run this site:
- Email address — when you subscribe to notes, or when you unlock your full scorecard readout.
- Scorecard answers and results — the statements you rate, the processes you name, and the scores computed from them.
- Booking details — if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To email your scorecard result and keep a private link to your readout available.
- To send occasional notes on AI in quality and laboratory work — only if you tick the opt-in box.
- To respond when you book a call or contact us.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it is processed
- This website's database — stores your email and scorecard submission.
- Mailchimp — if you opt in to notes, your email and (for scorecard respondents) your overall score and band are added to our Mailchimp audience, under Mailchimp's privacy policy. Every note includes an unsubscribe link.
- Cal.com — scheduling data for booked calls.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from notes at any time via the link in any email.
- Email hello@zybki.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, including scorecard submissions.
Retention
Scorecard submissions are kept so your result link keeps working. Ask us to delete them and we will.
